Ingredients (2 servings)
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop (20g) protein powder or coconut protein (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash 2 bananas with a fork.
- Beat the eggs and add to mashed bananas.
- Add cinnamon, protein powder, and stir well.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
- Scoop the batter onto the griddle.
- Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
Notes
- Turn pancakes when the edges are dry or until golden brown.
