Banana Pancakes

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop (20g) protein powder or coconut protein (optional)


  1. In a small bowl, mash 2 bananas with a fork.
  2. Beat the eggs and add to mashed bananas.
  3. Add cinnamon, protein powder, and stir well.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
  5. Scoop the batter onto the griddle.
  6. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.


  • Turn pancakes when the edges are dry or until golden brown.
