Oven Roasted Corn

Ingredients (2 servings)

4 ears corn
4 tbsp softened unsalted butter or olive oil in a spray
pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, and red chili pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Spread butter on each corn cob, add spices and wrap in aluminium foil.
  3. Place them in a baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes.


  • You can use other spices as well such as oregano or basil.
