Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

5 sweet potatoes
Pinch of salt and pepper
Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Wash and dry potatoes, and poke with fork 5-6 times.
  3. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for about 50 minutes or until tender.
  4. When it is done, let cool 5-10 minutes, then split the top, add butter, pinch of salt and pepper.

Notes

  • Butter is optional. You can use olive oil instead or nothing.
  • You can serve it with sour cream.
