Sweet Peppers with Eggs

Ingredients (2 servings)

3 sweet peppers
5 eggs
2 green onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 oz (25 g) mozzarella cheese
pinch of salt, pepper, and basil leaves


  1. Wash peppers and cut into small pieces.
  2. Cut green onion into small pieces.
  3. Place olive oil in a saucepan on medium-high heat and add peppers and onions.
  4. Sauté for about 20 minutes.
  5. Beat eggs and add to the saucepan (for another 3 minutes).
  6. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese. Remove from heat.​


  • I usually serve with a fresh salad made of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, and basil leaves.
