Ingredients
5 sweet potatoes
Pinch of salt and pepper
Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Wash and dry potatoes, and poke with fork 5-6 times.
- Place them on the baking sheet and bake for about 50 minutes or until tender.
- When it is done, let cool 5-10 minutes, then split the top, add butter,
pinch of salt and pepper.
Notes
- Butter is optional. You can use olive oil instead or nothing.
- You can serve it with sour cream.
