Rice with Beans and Cashew

Ingredients (2 servings)

1 cup of rice
1 cup of beans
½ cup chopped cashew
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
baby spinach leaves for decoration


  1. Cook rice in a rice cooker or saucepan (1 cup of rice-2 cups of water)
  2. When rice is cooked, add salt, pepper, beans, cashews, parmesan, and baby spinach leaves for decoration.
